As we move, grow and learn individually, we must also remember that we are moving, growing and learning as a group too.

What’s fascinating is that as I work with you individually, there is always a theme that the group works through as a whole.

The theme this week is about the energetic space called ZERO POINT.  Many of you have given descriptions of what this feels like to you.  One client said, “I have this feeling of anticipation, like something BIG is about to happen”.  Another described it as, “I feel like my old self, like I’m back where I started, I’ve done all this work, I was feeling great, and now I’ve gone back to feeling like I did before”.  Another said, “I feel lost, like I’m not going anywhere, like nothing is happening.”

These are all accurate descriptions of an energetic space that I will now explain.

ZERO POINT is a hot topic in the field of quantum physics.  I will give a brief description from Wikipedia, but you will have to contact a physicist for scientific accuracy……

Albert Einstein and Otto Stern published a paper in 1913 describing it as the lowest possible energy that a quantum mechanical physical system may have and it is the energy of the ground state.  It is associated with vacuum energy – the vacuum of empty space (also known as Quantum Vacuum Zero Point Energy) and keep in mind that empty space is infinite.

So what does that mean?

The journey of your life is a series of cycles.  We begin a cycle, learn and grow and then the cycle ends.  Like moving from one level of education to the next.  ZERO POINT describes the energy BETWEEN cycles.  The place between an ending and a new beginning.  If you are aware, this is a place of power.

The best way to utilize this time/space is to focus on clearing out any energy that you don’t want to take into the next cycle of your life.

Mentally:  Release all outdated thoughts and thought processes.  Refrain from reflecting on past memories that are not positive and do not hold value.

Emotionally:  Release all emotional pain.  Let go of all un-forgiveness towards yourself and others.

Physically:  Clean and clear out all clutter in your environment.  Remove physical objects that do not bring you joy.

Action:  Align your actions with your goals.  Identify your passions and take action to cultivate them.  Align your actions with integrity.

Just like when you were young, and your parents prepared you for your first day of school…….you got NEW clothes, a NEW backpack, a NEW lunch box, and NEW school supplies.  The old stuff either didn’t fit, or was old and no longer useful.

You are approaching a new beginning.  Make your preparations as there are exciting times ahead.  You will best serve yourself by leaving the old stuff behind.
