This week we’ve been implementing a powerful tool that is based on integrity.
This is the alignment of your thoughts, words, and actions.
When you set out to achieve a goal, your MIND must be focused on your objective. This can be as simple as a focused decision, or it can be a daily visualization of the desired outcome. The energy (positive or negative) you infuse your objective with, is more important than the time spent in contemplation. A short period of positive thinking about the desired outcome far outweighs spending a whole day on the possibility of failure, the reasons why you can’t or any fear based FACTS that you can find.
After you’ve made a decision about what you want to do or achieve, you must speak about it positively at all times. You must also realize that there is more power in not speaking of it at all. Silence is power because the energy of your dream, goal or idea is protected. Sometimes, when we share with others, they are very helpful in pointing out all the reasons why our idea is a bad one. Of course, there is no harm in sharing with those who have your best interest at heart.
Now it is time to take action.
I constantly hear people talking about their dreams, desires, hopes and wishes. People think about them, talk about them, but never do anything about them.
You don’t have to do everything in one moment.
Just take a positive step forward in the direction of your goal.
When you align your thoughts, words, and actions on the same page you will move forward with power.

Welcome to all the new fans on Facebook!

Welcome to all the new members joining A Journey for You this month!
As we move, grow and learn individually, we must also remember that we are moving, growing and learning as a group too.
What’s fascinating is that as I work with you individually, there is always a theme that the group works through as a whole.
The theme this week is about the energetic space called ZERO POINT. Many of you have given descriptions of what this feels like to you. One client said, “I have this feeling of anticipation, like something BIG is about to happen”. Another described it as, “I feel like my old self, like I’m back where I started, I’ve done all this work, I was feeling great, and now I’ve gone back to feeling like I did before”. Another said, “I feel lost, like I’m not going anywhere, like nothing is happening.”
These are all accurate descriptions of an energetic space that I will now explain.
ZERO POINT is a hot topic in the field of quantum physics. I will give a brief description from Wikipedia, but you will have to contact a physicist for scientific accuracy……
Albert Einstein and Otto Stern published a paper in 1913 describing it as the lowest possible energy that a quantum mechanical physical system may have and it is the energy of the ground state. It is associated with vacuum energy – the vacuum of empty space (also known as Quantum Vacuum Zero Point Energy) and keep in mind that empty space is infinite.
So what does that mean?
The journey of your life is a series of cycles. We begin a cycle, learn and grow and then the cycle ends. Like moving from one level of education to the next. ZERO POINT describes the energy BETWEEN cycles. The place between an ending and a new beginning. If you are aware, this is a place of power.
The best way to utilize this time/space is to focus on clearing out any energy that you don’t want to take into the next cycle of your life.
Mentally: Release all outdated thoughts and thought processes. Refrain from reflecting on past memories that are not positive and do not hold value.
Emotionally: Release all emotional pain. Let go of all un-forgiveness towards yourself and others.
Physically: Clean and clear out all clutter in your environment. Remove physical objects that do not bring you joy.
Action: Align your actions with your goals. Identify your passions and take action to cultivate them. Align your actions with integrity.
Just like when you were young, and your parents prepared you for your first day of school…….you got NEW clothes, a NEW backpack, a NEW lunch box, and NEW school supplies. The old stuff either didn’t fit, or was old and no longer useful.
You are approaching a new beginning. Make your preparations as there are exciting times ahead. You will best serve yourself by leaving the old stuff behind.

Welcome, Welcome, Welcome!
To all the new fans on Facebook
The energy of ‘unworthiness’ moved strongly through the group earlier in the month, but I’m happy to report that it is diminishing quickly and I expect that we will heal and raise this energy in the very near future.
This energy is very difficult to detect within oneself, but you can see the effects mirrored back to you in your life.
Primarily, it shows up as money and prosperity issues. You are not manifesting the amount of money that allows you the freedom to enjoy your work, your family, and all the fruits that life has to offer.
Without conscious knowledge you emit the frequency of ‘unworthiness’ and it is reflected back to you in your life circumstances.
‘Unworthiness’ is buried very deep. Unless this is healed, you will continue to sabotage yourself at every turn. You will earn fabulous money, but never seem to have any. You will start fabulous creative projects, but never finish them. You will meet wonderful romantic partners, but never connect on a deep level.
When this frequency is raised to WORTHINESS you are able to take excellent care of yourself because deep within, you know that you DESERVE it. You DESERVE wealth and prosperity. You DESERVE your creative talents, and you DESERVE love in its highest form.
Together, let’s hold the space for the entire group to rise up to the frequency of WORTHINESS and keep it there!

The Summer solstice will occur in the Northern Hemisphere. The word solstice comes from the Latin phrase sol sistere, which means ‘to stand still’, as the sun will appear to stand still in the sky a few days prior. This is the longest day of the year filled with the most joyous energies.
Get outside and enjoy it!

The energy that has been floating in the air this week has been about mistrust and indecision.
MISTRUST: This is not a mistrust of other’s. This is when we do not trust ourselves. It is important to clear this energy. You have done a lot of work getting to the place that you are now, and you are sitting at the crossroads wondering which way to go. This is mental energy (as opposed to emotional) and we will work on clearing this up this week.
INDECISION: This may seem like the same thing, and it’s a very close frequency, but it’s a little different. Instead of making a choice or deciding on a course of action, you either do nothing, or worry about the fact that you’re not doing anything. You’re not creating on solid ground; you’re creating instability which will continue to reflect in the future.
You must trust that you know what’s best for your life. You must make a solid and sound decision about what you want, and then move in that direction. You have made a lot of changes over the last several months that have brought you to this new place.
Are you just going to sit there and do nothing? Remember that doing nothing is a choice too, but what will the results of that be?
Ask for guidance, be decisive and trust yourself.

Welcome to the new MEMBERS who will begin their journey with us on June 1st!
We are excited that you are a part of A JOURNEY FOR YOU and we are looking forward to helping you achieve magnificent things in your life.
In the United States, we are celebrating Memorial Day weekend. This holiday is to honor American’s who have died while in military service.
This weekend also marks the beginning of the summer season here in the Northern Hemisphere. Officially, the season doesn’t begin until the summer solstice on June 20th or 21st, but we know that it’s right around the corner. You can feel the energy as the children get restless from having been in school too long, the weather is getting warmer and that masculine energy is beckoning us to come out of the house and out of our clothes!
Living here in California, summer is my favorite time of year. The days are longer, the nights warmer and everyone seems a whole lot happier!
As you enter the summer season, remember that the energy is conducive to manifestation. In other words, you will start to see the fruits of your labors.
To all the members of A JOURNEY FOR YOU………..I have watched you work very hard over the last several months. You have dug very deep and found things within yourselves that were unexpected and unpleasant BUT you have been true to yourselves and kept pursuing your dreams and wishes along the way. I commend your tenacity and strength because, as I’ve stated before, it takes a lot of courage to change your life. The average person does not pursue this due to fear, insecurities or just the simple comfort of habitual living. I have been watching you deal with many unexpected twist and turns. I am so proud that you have stuck with your intentions to achieve your goals, wishes and desires. It is time for you to see the results of your hard work in the physical world.
It’s coming…….I promise!

We are almost there………
I know that the last couple of weeks have been very difficult. The Mercury Retrograde period is almost over. This will end on May 11 and I know that you will be relieved. There is confusion and the appearance that things are either not moving at all or moving in a backwards motion.
Trust and know that all is well and in Divine order.
For me, working on my writing projects has been very difficult. The information just isn’t flowing and what would take me an hour, takes all day! In addition to that, I know that I will have to go back to these writing projects and review them when the energies are more favorable for clarity.
So, for now, my only suggestion is to keep a positive frame of mind. Use laughter to break up the mundane and keep your eyes on your goals.
This too shall pass!

Essence Recommendations
Previously, I suggested that you take one essence for the entire year, and one for the month. After working with the Platinum members, I’m finding that it is more appropriate to just use the monthly essence. Things are moving and changing too rapidly, and using one for the year does not feel appropriate anymore. As always follow your own instincts on this.
PLATINUM MEMBER ANNOUNCEMENTS
NEW! As of 5/6/2010 you will now receive energy healing specifically related to MONEY and PROSPERITY. This was something that was included in each individual session, and I thought I would add an extra layer or boost of energy to help us all move forward in reaching our goals in this area. This will be done every Thursday and I would love to hear about your experiences.
Healing Sessions
Originally, the healing sessions were done the night after your coaching call, but this is proving to be impractical. In addition to the Platinum members, I have other request from friends and family to do healings that I must include in my life, so basically, you will be told where you are in the queue. Usually, I have about two to three to do per day, and am able to do your session within the next 24 hours. If there is an urgent need, please just let me know.

You are all experiencing many changes in your lives.
Be grateful!
What?……..yes, I said “BE GRATEFUL!!!”
Changes clearly indicate that there is movement occurring in your life. Your life is reflecting back to you the fact that you are creating a different reality for yourself. You are making changes that are causing ripples and sometimes waves in your experiences. Each of you is clearly and dramatically focused on improving your life. That’s what this program A Journey for You is all about; creating the life and lifestyle that brings you happiness and harmony.
You have been determined and taking POWERFUL action steps in a holistic manner that is causing change to happen. Be proud of yourself because the average person does not focus this intensely on their happiness and well-being. You are literally in the process of creating the life that for years you were only DREAMING about. Now your life is shifting and changing and it’s a little frightening……yes?
The saying goes something like…..if you want something different, you have to do things differently and doing things differently causes CHANGE.
I am here to encourage everyone to TRUST the process and ALLOW the changes to occur. You are reaching for your highest dreams and goals and truly taking huge steps to bring them into fruition. Getting from here to there isn’t always going to be an easy process, but I encourage you to focus on your goals. Focus on the fact that you have made a commitment to your happiness and well-being. Don’t let ANYTHING stand in the way of that!
Allow the people, situations, out-dated thoughts and emotions to fall away. This will reveal the TRUTH of who you are and what you’re meant to accomplish in this lifetime.
I promise that if you trust the process, you will be amazed with outcome.
I am committed to helping you create a life that is filled with joy, happiness, peace and love.
When you’re feeling afraid, re-focus on the commitments you’ve made for yourself……………then congratulate yourself for all of your hard work. This is not easy, and the average person accepts their life as it is and never does anything about it!

Another week of the JOURNEY is complete. This week has been full of energy and movement. One lesson that I learned was about the shifting that occurs in relationships. Someone (and I’m sorry, I can’t give credit where the credit is due!) said on Facebook that relationships don’t end, they change. This caught my eye, because I’ve noticed dramatic shifts in all of my relationships, some of them have been positive, and some of them I have perceived as not positive. After reading that comment, I realized that as we shift, move, change, raise our frequency and vibration, some people just aren’t a match anymore. In other words, we don’t “vibe” with them. This can be really hard, especially with family members or friends that we’ve had a long time. I also realized that it is just part of the flow….part of the shifting sands of life. They aren’t gone; we are just all doing our thing, and sometimes this takes us in different directions. I realized that everyone I’ve ever encountered has brought something special to me. A gift, a lesson, laughter, etc. and that since we’re all in this together, I realize that we are truly all moving toward the same goals of happiness, good health, wealth and wisdom………….and that means different things to different people.
The energy of the Platinum service is high and exciting. I’m watching you guys create incredible breakthroughs and realizations each week. I can’t tell you how much fun this is for me! I truly enjoy seeing you reach deep into yourselves, clearing out the mud, and beginning to shine even brighter. I realize more and more every day that I am working with an extraordinary group of people. It’s important for YOU to realize this too!

What an amazing week this has been! The Platinum program has begun and I’m excited about your progress………after only one week! The shifts have been tangible and I’m looking forward to watching everyone realize their dreams and goals. It is truly rewarding for me to watch your lives shift and move, to see you align with your path and purpose, to watch you heal your lives and create joy, happiness, and satisfaction. You guys are AMAZING and it is my pleasure to work with you as you co-create your lives.
KNOW that as you are healing and raising your frequencies, you are also uplifting those around you ~ that’s just how energy works! You are also adding to the positive energy of our group matrix and this in turn accumulates and as the energy becomes more and more positive, your goals and dreams become easier and easier to manifest. Again, THANK YOU for your hard work and commitments.
I was guided to spend a lot of time outdoors this week. This is a where I walk. I was reminded that nature is such a natural healer and Spring is when it shows off the most……the smell of orange blossoms, the gentle winds, the beauty of the flowers all have their own special healing quality and ability. Now if someone could tell me what snakes are for!!! I ran in to two of them this week and that was two too many!

Another month has ended and we have completed one quarter of our journey for 2010. I would like to invite you to take a moment to reflect on what has occurred for you during this time. Take a look at the goals that you set for yourself. Are you on track? Are you progressing in a way that was anticipated or expected?
From having the pleasure of working with all of you, I have found that there has been a lot of self-discovery, movement in unexpected areas of life, and lots of surprises.
On the whole, I have been pleased with the progress of A Journey for You as a business. My intention was to throw this service out into the world, and allow it to grow and shape itself. As this business is an extension of me, I’ve learned that the energy of A Journey for You flows right along with my energy. I knew from the beginning that I would have to be very focused, and keep my energies as crystal clear as possible………..and this has been difficult!
As I transform, so does the business. For several weeks prior to the Spring Equinox, I experienced major internal changes. I wasn’t depressed or down emotionally, but energetically it felt like I was walking through thick mud. I literally couldn’t do much of anything in the way of work. Everyday, I would wake up, ready to get to work and I just couldn’t do it. There were no blogs posted, when before I was posting a blog weekly. I didn’t work on my book, and I was happy that the energy assessments had already been completed for the month of March. This was VERY frustrating, but there was nothing to be done about it.
I took this time to do some serious contemplation, clean, re-organize, give things away that I no longer needed, and there was a lot of time left over to help others.
The Spring Equinox occurred and everything transformed for me. The energy was tangible and I knew that the deep cleansing that had been occurring was over. What a relief!!!!
Since that time, I have been thoroughly enjoying Spring by spending time outdoors, enjoying the flowers and being in gratitude for this time of the year.
The full moon in Libra (my Sun sign) was a catalyst for clarifying relationship issues. This energy entered our lives and brought clarity and focus to the truth of what we wanted from our significant others. For some this showed up as decisions to leave the relationship and for others this showed up as a deepening of the established connection. I saw many extremes of this being played out in the world, but for everyone, it was an opportunity to become very clear about what we wanted in our important and intimate relationships.
The first full moon after the Spring Equinox also begins the Passover, and celebrates the physical freedom of the Jewish people from slavery in Egypt. Passover also refers to the event when the Angel of Death “passed over” the homes of the Hebrews and instead entered the Egyptian homes to slay the first-born son in each family.
As with all stories from our collective history, we can look at this symbolically with the enslavement representing our ego being in control of our lives and our MASTERY over the ego representing freedom and life.
This weekend brings the celebration of Easter. Traditionally this is a holiday to celebrate fertility and the resurrection of Jesus the Christ. This is one of my favorite holidays as everyone gathers together to create a beautiful day of joy and celebration with the traditional Easter Egg hunt and family dinner.
Symbolically a great TRANSACTION occurred for humanity based on the decisions and choices that Jesus the Christ made during his lifetime on Earth. The focus should be on the resurrection and on LIFE as He clearly proved that LIFE is what’s important and that death is only a transition.
